Website prices, guides and tools provide general information. The written order records the cake and services you have confirmed with us.
Enquiries and prices
A conversation or written price does not secure the wedding date. It describes the proposed cake, price and agreed services at that point in the discussion.
Paid booking
Full payment confirms the booking and secures the wedding date. We confirm the paid order in writing.
Final order details
We record the agreed cake size, flavours, finish, decorations, delivery, setup and venue requirements in writing. Later changes may affect the price and production schedule.
Cancellations and changes
Please request cancellation at least one month before the wedding date.
For cancellations made less than one month before the wedding date, any refund depends on work, ingredients, custom materials and preparation already committed.
Cancellations made less than seven days before the wedding date are non-refundable.
Date, venue and setup changes depend on whether the revised order can be accommodated and may affect delivery, design and price.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits any rights or guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
